VACATION RENTAL
Large Beach House Duplex with Ocean & Bay front views located in the heart of South Mission Beach of San Diego, CA. This isn not an oceanfront property, but it does have views of both the beach and bayside. It is 1 short block walking distance to the Mission Beach boardwalk. The duplex property comprises of 2 units: the upper Unit A consists of 3 bedroom + loft + 3 bathrooms + 3 balcony decks, while the ground level Unit B has 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + front patio. Sometimes larger groups will rent out both units.
Guests have access to wi-fi, cable, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards & foam surfboards, views of the beach and bayside. Within a short walking distance include 2 food & liquor markets, 2 nearby pizzarias, a taco shop, and 2 beach bars that also serve food.
We thoroughly clean the units before each group checks in. The interaction with guests is primarily prior to check in time. If guests need anything throughout the duration of their stay, they can reach me and I will promptly respond.
